Suji Upma

Suji Upma

Suji- 2 tbsps
Ghee/Butter-1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves- 5
Ginger – ½ inch one piece
Red Onion – 4 small ones
Mastard seeds – ½ tsp
Salt – a pinch (optional)
Water – 1 cup


Fry the Suji Rava till brown in a saucepan without any oil. Then in a saucepan heat Butter/Ghee , add mustard seeds, finely chopped onions and ginger, curry leaves and fry till golden brown. Then add water and boil and put fried suji to this boiling water and heat it to make a consistency your baby prefers.
